Our Policies

Please make note of our policies to make
the best of your appointment.

Acne Medication: If you are on Acne medication please disclose what kind so we can see if we are able to provide a waxing service. All new clients will be asked and services will be determined . If you do not disclose the use of Acne medication when asked we are not liable for skin irritation.  

Gratuities:

As gratuity is at your discretion, we  accept them in the form of Cash , Credit  and Zelle

Returns:

All sales are final.

Tardiness:

We expect all appointments to start on time.  If you are running 7 minutes behind for your appointment you may forfeit this time slot or be charged an "inconvenience" fee and / or  will be considered a cancellation without 24-hours notice that will result in 100% fee.

Cancellations:

 Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill your appointment slot. Please give at least 24hr notice or reschedule for another day to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule in  less than 24 hours the fee will be 50% of services booked.

No Show & Less than 1-hour Cancellations / Reschedule will result in 100% fee of services booked. Third no show will result in being removed from our online scheduling site.  Please note that our technicians are not able to fill those spaces since we work by appointment only.

Adverse Reactions:

In the event of an allergic reaction to a product or service, we ask that you immediately seek medical attention and report to us within 24-hours of your appointment and with a photo if at all possible.
